Super Simple Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

This is a really lovely breakfast to have if you are busy and need to grab something quickly in the morning. You can make this the night before and add your favourite toppings before eating.

Serves 2


What you need

2 cups almond milk

6 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

What to do

In a small bowl, mix together chia seeds, milk and vanilla powder and mix well to combine everything.

Once the mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then stir it a bit to break up any large lumps, scoop the mixture into two jam jars and put the lids on. Place in the fridge overnight for a super creamy pudding.

Serve, with your favourite toppings.


If you only want to make one serving, halve the recipe. Basically it's 3 tbsp of chia seeds to 250ml or 1 cup of liquid.
